A Simple Brain Exercise To Improve Memory

1. Reserve a particular place and time so that your are not disturbed by anything.

2. Take a deep breadth. Time your performance each time.

3. Form a simple image of anything in your mind. It can be anything a square , rectangle, circle or any other thing.

4. Try to hold the image in your mind.

5. As soon as your mind shifts from the object, stop the stop watch and note the time.

6. Practice again but this time try to hold the image for a longer duration.

7. Make it a habit to do this exercise daily 2 times. If you can hold the image for a period of 15 minutes then you can learn any new thing in life without your mind wandering away.

As we all know practice makes a man perfect, so practice everyday.
